The right price and the right location. Check-in was lighting fast. Accommodations were exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Check-in and check-out rules were outlined several times and from past experiences completely reasonable for condo rental. Holiday Real Estate shines -- unlike many other condo rentals -- as they have long hours (9-5) and are open daily versus many other rental arrangements which leave people waiting for an agent or landlord. We occupied the space comfortably with 2 adults and 2 children and our rental area was chosen close to some nice areas within walking distance. Both renter and owners of adjacent condos were very warm and considerate to us. Although this doesn't directly reflect Holiday Real Estate, this is helped by well documented rental rules which were posted clearly and easy to understand. Good experience and price. I would recommend Holiday Real Estate to a prospective renter.
